EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer):

Bank Deposit:
- Cash deposits at any bank branch.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to accounts@villagetech.co.za for verification.
- Reference: Student ID/Passport Number

Credit/Debit Card Payments:
- Processed through PayFast gateway.
- Steps: Enter amount, click 'Pay Now', redirect to PayFast for payment.
Additional options: Company Sponsorships & Invoicing (requires official documentation), SETA or Grant-Funded Programs (subject to funder approval).
Extended Payment Terms
- Flexible installment plans are available for courses from 3 to 12 months:

Requirements:
- Sign a payment agreement.
- Pay first installment (deposit) before course start.
- Monthly payments on or before due date.

- Cash deposits at any bank branch.

Late Payments & Penalties:
- 5% late fee on overdue payments.
- Missing two consecutive payments may result in suspension.
- Certificates issued only after full payment.

Eligibility:
For self-funded individuals and corporate-sponsored learners. Not for SETA or grant-funded programs. Subject to financial assessment if necessary.

Late Payments & Penalties:
- Select course and request plan.
- Pay initial deposit.
- Sign agreement.
- Make timely monthly payments to continue and qualify for certification.

General Payment Terms
- Full payment or approved arrangement required before course start.
- For installments, first payment before training commences.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations ≥7 days before start: Full refund minus admin fee.
- Cancellations <7 days before start: 50% refund.
- No refunds after training starts.
- If Village Tech cancels, full refund or alternative date offered.

Late/Non-Payment:
- Late payments may lead to suspension until settled.
- Non-payment of installments may lead to de-registration with no refund.
- 5% penalty on overdue invoices.

Certification :
Issued only after full payment. Requires attendance at all sessions and completion of assessments.
