Support Learning with Technology Educator Programme

by | May 24, 2022 | Blog

Recognising the importance of technology in the education sector, Village Tech has developed its own proprietary Educator Training programme called Support Learning with Technology ™ aimed squarely at teachers and educators.

Technology is vital to the future of education, not only in the day to day use of it, but also essential as a teaching aid and to teach scholars how to use it.

The biggest challenge is that many educators are simply not comfortable or knowledgeable enough to use technology in the classroom nor qualified to teach the subject.

Support Learning with Technology ™ aims to change this paradigm and the Educator Training programme is fully endorsed by South African Council of Educators (SACE).

Furthermore, Support Learning with Technology ™ will earn Educators who complete the course 15 CPTD points towards their personal education portfolio.

Completing the Educator Training programme will not only equip teachers to prepare their students better for the future, they will also enhance their own professional standing within the education sector.
