This course is ideal for Office Administrators, Call Centre Agents, Admin Assistant, Personal Assistants, clerks, planners and anybody who wants to maximise their skills and performance within an office environment.
CompTIA Security+
The CompTIA Security+ certification is a globally recognised and vendor-neutral credential that confirms fundamental security knowledge and skills. It is highly valued by organisations and security experts worldwide. To achieve this certification, individuals must pass the SY0-501 exam.
CompTIA Network+
The Network+ certification is a vendor-neutral technology certification that adheres to ISO-17024 standards. It confirms that a certified individual possesses the necessary knowledge and expertise to play a vital role in constructing, managing, and securing data networks. This certification is highly recommended or required by prominent companies such as Cisco, Dell, HP, and Intel. Moreover, it serves as an entry-level certification for the Apple Consultants Network. To earn the certification, individuals must pass the N10-007 exam.
CompTIA A+
The CompTIA A+ certification is a fundamental requirement for IT technicians starting their career. It is designed for those who wish to become help desk, support, service centre or networking technicians. This certification covers various aspects, including PC and laptop hardware, software installation and configuration of computer and mobile operating systems. Moreover, A+ evaluates a candidate’s basic networking, troubleshooting and security skills, which serve as a starting point for CompTIA networking or security certifications. For service technicians at Canon, Dell, Intel, and HP, A+ is a must-have certification. To obtain this credential, individuals must pass two exams, 220-1001 and 220-1002.
CCNA Routing & Switching

CCNA certification requires candidates to pass a single exam, the 200-301 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Junior Computer Programmer
